First of all, I really enjoyed my stay. I haven't stayed in many hotels in my past as a solo traveller but I did stay in Vienna with the same budget in the same time of the year. The location is super, the hotel is very modern, clean, the panorama room was amazing and had a good view of the central station area with all the buildings and some trees that were at the Belvedere area. I really have all the good things to say about the room. I liked the glass in the shower that views to the room, I liked the hair dryer in the bag under the sink, spacious and comfortable bed, all. I got a bad experience with the crew and and very first bad impression. On day before the check in, which was supposed to be around 2PM, I had a bus from Berlin to Vienna and was scheduled to arrive at 6AM (8 hours before check in). I arrived on time, and got to the hotel at 6:30 AM. around 9 PM I contacted the hotel and informed them about my arrival, asking if there is a luggage storage available and if there will be a possibility to enter the breakfast that morning. I told them I will not have an issue to pay just for the breakfast (which later I did, but not in a nice way...). The nice lady named Karol told me that they would love to have me, offer me luggage storage and even a room if there is one available even at the morning (as the hotel states, rooms can be available for early check in first come first get). I know 6AM is a bad time for early check in, good time is around 11-12 AM. I didn't have any plan to check in earlier. When I arrived at the hotel at 6:30 AM the reception agents were kinda shocked to see me and I'm not sure why. They were giving the vibes that I got the wrong hotel, one of the receptionists even told me in "this is not hotel Daniel Graz", I told him I know, I came to Vienna, I didn't just appear here clueless. That was a very first bad impression. Later, after I told them that I'm ok and I know where I am....

It was a hotel we decided on after reading the reviews on Booking.com. It was very close to the city center, right next to Belvedere Palace and within walking distance to everywhere. Very close to Fasangasse, Südtiroler Platz, Quartier Belvedere S stops. Across from Vienna Train Station I would like to thank the receptionists (Ahmet, Christina and Songül) who greeted us with a smile from the moment we entered the hotel. They were very interested and concerned, and sincerely helped. The hotel's facilities were very nice. The room was very comfortable. The open buffet breakfast was great. Hot, cold, appetizers, fruit varieties, etc. were sufficient. If you have a trip to Vienna, you can choose this hotel. See you on my next trip to Vienna :) Thank you for everything.

We were upgraded to the 6th floor Panorama Room as I had mentioned the stay was part of my birthday celebrations. The room was utterly awesome, with surround views of the city. The decor quirky, very clean and contemporary. The bed was super comfy, the shower excellent with nice toiletries. We were also offered coffee pod facilies and the minibar, as part of the upgrade, was free of charge, a wonderful gesture. The hotel is within walking distance of the main station, 10 minutes walk from the U-Bahn, and across is the tramline, excellent for planning our stay. The Belvedere is next door and ideal for a first visit or last visit. Luggage can be left in secure lockers, so practical if timing is of the essence.

The hotel has a spacious, plant filled lobby that is great for relaxing in. The Restaurant& Bar are both in this space and both food & wine are very good. The staff are great- helpful and friendly. I enjoyed the panorama room which was a lovely, light filled place to stay for a few days. Location wise the hotel is almost adjacent to Belvedere palace which was ideal for visiting the palace and the Klimt collection. Very good location being ten minutes walk from Vienna central station with direct links to the airport as well as a tram stop across the road plus the U1 line a short walk away.

Maria

Room clean, modern and spacious enough. Excellent breakfast, available until 10 am on weekdays which suited me well. Reasonable food at the bakery throughout the day including vegetarian options. Location on the ring road near the station seemed at first a bit remote but the hotel is actually right next to the Belvedere parks and botanical gardens so you can have a lovely walk into the city centre through the parks. Staff very friendly and accommodating and the vibe is pleasantly informal.
